Hello,

The short answer would be that NetBSD only provides ISOs of their formal
releases, so if you're not in too much of a hurry and you must have an ISO, the
simplest thing would be to wait until they release 2.0. (Having said that,
there are people out there who provide their own ISOs, e.g.
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/netbsd-users/2004/08/23/0007.html and
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2004/10/08/0009.html)

Of course, there are other ways of getting it on your system besides floppies and complete ISO images (e.g. putting the bootloader and install kernel somewhere the firmware can see them, and then using the FTP option in sysinstall, see the install manual for details).

It's possible to make your own ISO images (you'd need to grab the files you require from the latest builds the releng server provides [also on the main FTP site under /pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-2-0/200410160000/]), see here
and here on how to build your own ISOs:

http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/bootcd.html#macppcimage
http://www.netbsd.org/guide/en/chap-misc.html#chap-misc-creating-cdrom

I've never done this myself, but I looked into it before for the same reasons as you.

Regards,

Dave
