Compact flash speed

It looks as if CF prices are dropping. Tigerdirect has 2GB now forabout USD90 for Ultra II and USD75 for standard.

Has anyone compared these two types to see if there is a speeddifference when used in the Jornada CF slot? What's the maximumspeed the Jornada will read and write? Also, is the whole Ultra IIbrand just marketing, or is there a real difference in the hardware?
