hpcboot is compiled with "Embeded Visual C++ 3.0". 
WCE100/101/200 binary should be compiled with "Visual C++ 5.0 Windows CE
Embeded tool kit".

sys/arch/hpc/stand/Makefile can generate project file for VC5, but
I've lost VC5 environment..
