Xhpc build enabled

Now that gcc3 is enabled, I have flipped the switch to build Xhpc for
hpcsh.  I've just completed a full release build.  To give you some
idea about the size of the new dynamic world, du -sk of the fully
populated DESTDIR is 272671.  And here are the set sizes:
