The latest NetBSD/hp300 9.2 includes the fix:

so the GENERIC kernel in 9.2 release should work.

All should work (it would be nice to see 433s dmesg :-)
Note to repair dead 425e (and 382, 425t) PSU, replaceing all
electrolyte capacitors seem enough:
