Did you create a symlink to the NVRAM file required by the firmware?

ln -s brcmfmac43430-sdio.raspberrypi,3-model-b.txt brcmfmac43430-sdio.raspberrypi,model-zero-2-w.txt
also is the stable performance you mentioned earlier with the latest DTB ?
