It has no specific UEFI files AFAIK, the firmware needs to be loaded
from whatever other source, typically SPI flash. Or, apparently on RPi
(which I know nothing about) from extra files on the FAT partition - but
then you have to add the RPi specific files there and the image is no
longer "generic".
