Any memory used by UEFI runtime services needs to be present in the UEFI
memory map and marked with EFI_MEMORY_RUNTIME attribute.

In this case, it appears that firmware has not configured the XHCI.
Please check to make sure that clocks are enabled for the device before
handoff to the OS.

This seems like a GIC problem. Please provide logs with 'boot netbsd -v
-x' and an ACPI dump to help diagnose the issue.
