Hi

I port Mindspeed Comcert 2000 to NetBSD.

This soc is Cortex-A9. And Ethernet is packet forwarding engine. 

I make driver. But DMA broken packet. Then I modify this change.

m_prepend is panic but M_PREPEND good. Why ?

This modify is not perfect but mach better.
