BeagleBone Black doesn't boot without serial console (10.0 release)
Hi,
Running NetBSD-10.0 release in BeagleBone black
I detected this problem, the system does not boot if I remove the serial
console.
I have not HDMI nor keyboard, this system must be headless, serial console
is just for installation/debug.
The system runs from microSD, i wiped emmc to be
sure it doesn't try to boot from there.
If i keep the serial console attached (3 cables in connector J1) all works.
Reboot, poweroff, poweron, all ok.
If i remove the searial console from the J1
and i poweroff + remove power + give power, the boot stops,
i reconnect the serial console and i see this:

So if i just type 'quit' the system resume booting correctly.
Is there a configuration to make it boot ?
If there is no other way i will use CURRENT but this baby
goes in production, I wish to see it working for years,
i guess i have better chances with RELEASE.
please let me know
bye
Nicola
