Our bootloader creates the fake DTB and that's it, also any overlays
you specify are ignored.

I think the "standard" way is to have some proxy ACPI entries (that
we do not support). At least something like that was discussed for
Linux so they don't have to register ACPI objects for every
bit of hardware.
