DTS pullups to 10

How strict to we need to be about following all the rules for requesting
pullups to the 10 branch?

I can't test it though as I don't have the hardware, which is listed
as a requirement for me to submit a ticket for it.

Are there any developers with a RockPro64 who could test it then request
the pullup?
