Tried copying it to /boot with name as it is and name as reported. That
didn't help.

BTW on Jun's image (working one) there is no file by that exact name.

Also tried copying these files to /boot/dtb/broadcom. Didn't help.

Also tried copying the /boot/firmware directory from Jun's image as is.
That didn't work.

Where does kernel look for these files anyway?
