De facto, in current, the behavior is totally changed: nothing is
passed by the UEFI environment variables anymore but the UEFI OS
loader takes parameters in the same way other instances of the
second-stage loader behave.
See /usr/src/sys/stand/efiboot/version:
2.2: Remove support for storing settings in EFI env vars.
So it is useless to write a man page at least for now since it is a
moving target...
And the ones presently working on it will be far more apt to add such
a man page once this is settled.
