i enabled it in aarch64 kernels but i only have a rpi3 for testing,
and have only tested it from the headphone jack, not hdmi audio
(mixerctl -w outputs.select=headphones)...

- what does `audiocfg list` say?
- what does `mixerctl -av` say?
- does `audiocfg test 0` output anything?
