FWIW, the TNF evbarm-aarch64 testbed has been hanging at the
repeated_link_addr test case for the last couple of weeks,
but it did still boot as of source date 2020.07.23.16.08.02:

  http://releng.netbsd.org/b5reports/evbarm-aarch64/2020/2020.07.23.16.08.02/test.log

The full qemu command line is near the beginning of that log.

As of 2020.07.27.00.34.56, evbarm-aarch64 doesn't even build...
