Raspberry 4 status?

Should we expect a current aarch64 image, such as:

http://nyftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/latest/evbarm-aarch64/binary/gzimg/arm64.img.gz

to boot and work on a Raspberry Pi 4? My monitor is saying it has a 
signal, but all I get is a black screen. Do I need a serial console?
