FWIW a20-olinuxino-lime2 u-boot version

I don't know if somebody has already done it.

I'm testing a Olimex a20-olinuxino-lime2 board and had to compile
u-boot for it (had taken the a10-olinuxino-lime first, thinking it was
backward compatible, but it didn't boot).

This was trivial to add: just copy the a10-olinuxino-lime directory as
a20-olinuxino-lime2 in pkgsrc and, everywhere,
s/a10-olinuxino-lime/a20-olinuxino-lime2/.
