I also test newer firmware on RPI3B+,RPI3,RPI0W.works fine.

    kernel: Bump to 4.14.70

put it on
http://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/jun/raspberry-pi/2018-09-23-earmv6hf/2018-09-17-firm.tar.gz

and updated.
su
tar xzvf 2018-09-17-firm.tar.gz -C /boot
