Hi John --

I committed initial support for A83T. There are some restrictions:

 - U-Boot doesn't support spinning up the other cores, so we are running
   UP for now.
 - Mainline Linux dts files don't fully support the board yet. For now I
   am running with a dtb that I hacked together, enough to get the SD card
   and serial console going: http://www.netbsd.org/~jmcneill/sun8i-a83t-sinovoip-bpi-m3.dtb

If you're up for it, you should be able to cobble together your own dts 
together to get ethernet and the eMMC going as well.
