	Nothing obvious.  Just a bunch of license amendments and package
options.  Silly question.  The build process builds the current version of
gcc and then uses that to build the new release, doesn't it?  The fact that
the -current version of gcc is built with an older version of gcc shouldn't
make a difference, should it?
