beagleboard sdhc timeout

Hello,

i get timeout error with all NetBSD current versions i tried

here is the one i used

i switched back to 7.0.1 and i seems to work, but the system is
freezin when the cpuload is high for a couple of minutes. i think
the board gets to hot, maybe.
