I followed instructions on NetBSD wiki regarding Allwinner A20 board. Is there any way to login remotely on it or I have to connect to its console (or though HDMI)? I would prefer to login remotely, but It doesnt seem to accept logins through ssh or I am doing something wrong?

Correct. There's a patch to add a user to log in via ssh to the image build process, see: https://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-arm/2015/07/15/msg003302.html

*NOT* trying to stir any pots here & a happy user of NetBSD on a coupe of Raspberry Pi's, but why wasn't that patch already in whatever this dude downloaded & used for his disk image ? That post is from last summer, seems like that patch would have been in months ago .... $0.02, no more, no less (& again, happy user myself).
