overclocking

Hi,
I've ARMV7 with NetBSD 7.0RC3 installed, also XFCE4 window manager are 
working !
Now i want to change the frequencely of ARM's processor, i've 4 cores 
and turbo !
But how to change the frequencely, actualy there are 600 Mhz,  but with 
a "turbo" i can to pulse 1.1 Ghz,
I've testing it with linux debian.


The question are where i can change frequencely and activate Turbo ?
