makeoptions in evbarm std.* (was Re: Can't compile current evbarm with ipfilter)

I noticed some of sys/arch/evbarm/conf/std.* have line

> makeoptions   CPPFLAGS+="-I$S/../../../include"

Where does this point at?
On my build host, $S is "/usr/build2/src/sys" so this line seems
like including "/usr/include", which is host's include dir.
This makeoptions should be removed from sys/arch/evbarm/conf/std.* .
