kernel panic on BeagleBoard

Hi!

Today I created an image from NetBSD-current using the BEAGLEBOARD_RAMDISK
config file, but during the boot on the BeagleBoard I got this:

Some months ago I also made an image (using the same script and config file),
that's still working.
