Dockstar network problems

Hello all,

This is a continuation of a few things that had been mentioned before.

rsync hangs for me when I do something like this:

rsync -avx --progress files rsync://usr@server/repository/

I'm trying to test another wired ethernet adapter, but I noticed this:

axe0 at uhub1 port 4
axe0: Linksys USB 2.0 10/100 ethernet controller, rev 2.00/0.01, addr 8
axe0: Ethernet address 00:10:60:84:5d:1f
OUI 0x000004 model 0x0020 rev 1 at axe0 phy 3 not configured

There's no phy so it won't link up.

Not sure if it's as simple as copying in a phy and compiling a new
kernel. Am I missing something?
