i.MX UART driver

Hi,

   I'm going to replace sys/arch/arm/imx/imxuart.c with new one which
works as full featured UART driver.  The current version works just
for in-kernel printf()s.

   My code is at ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/bsh/imx/ for
review.  If this disturbs your on-going work about i.MX, please tell me.
