Of course ARM9 is ok.  totally different cache structure.

Is your kernel built with PMAPCOUNTERS?  What's the output of "vmstat - 
e | grep pmap" ?
We aren't seeing any corruption problem with the latest pmap fixes.
How quickly did your corruption manifest?
Anything else in the kernel?
