OMAP5912 fixes to current

OSK5912 with OMAP5912 (ARM926EJ-S) doesn't boot with current
without these two patches. When applied target boots and
can compile even bigger applications succesfully. 

The Patches don't break OMAP2420 (any more than is broken already).
