A question about start time

Hello,
      I am doing a video project using Samsung S3C2410 and using linux 2.6
as the os kernel. The system work fairly OK.
      My customer feel that the ony problem is the start time is too long, about
15 seconds.
   So my question is what about netbsd if it is well configured.
And does netbsd contain a usb device driver for the s3c2410?
