It's not quite steady at 30M, plus minus 2M (so yes, it also dropped to
28M in between). 

I have:
maxusers        64
options         NMBCLUSTERS=1024
options         NKPTADD=8

that may be relevant to the memory behaviour; especially the NKPTADD could
prove interesting.
