Mea maxima culpa.

I thought this had been fixed some 3 years ago by using machine independent
routines, but never did the actual test on the _Amiga_ ... (and the DraCo has
a binary battery backed clock (40 bits counting at 256 Hz)

Will teach me. I promise to test better in 2099. _If_ I'm still the Amiga 
port maintainer in that year.
