It's egcs 1.1.1 with some minor but important fixes from 1.1.2.  We aren't
going to bring in `full egcs 1.1.2' as a last-minute for 1.4 because 1.1.1
is more well tested.  NetBSD 1.4.1 and/or 1.5 are likely to have a newer
egcs.
