X11 makes me crazy!!

Ok, guys
I'm stupid!
Can somebody give me his configuration files?
I have read Install X11 ten times....
I have reinstalled everything four times....
but X11 don't works!

I need your files... (/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xdm/Xservers,
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/xserverrc, /etc/rc.local, .profile, .cshrc and
/etc/ld.so.conf are welcome!)
/etc/ld.so.conf and /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/xserverrc does not exist on my
file system, how can I make these files?

P.S.
I have an Amiga 4000 with 96 Mb Cyberstorm 060 and CV643D, my NetBSD is
1.3.1, my X11 is R6.
(If somebody uses OpenWin tells me how configure it!)
