NetBSD 1.2.1 is outdatet. Take NetBSD 1.3.1, there you will also find the
driver for the scsi-module (it works for me).
Go to http://www.netbsd.org/ or ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/ for current versions
or look for a mirror closer to you.
