Installing File System

Hi ,

  I am having trouble installing the Amiga_Port- NetBSD   Unix Operating
System . I can't install the File System , The System in question is -
inst-121.fs . I have copied xstreamtodev to my HD , But i cant get it to work
:( . I have copied all the Relevent Material to my HD , But i am still having
Trouble . Is NetBSD V1.3 easier to Use and Install ??  . I would Appreciate
any help i can get :)
