blizzardIV problem

hello,

I have a A1200T (040) + BlizzardIV scsi card + cv643d

I get the following message on starting netbsd :

- bzivsc0 : illegal command 0x42 (state2, phase7, prevphase1)
- bzivsc0 : process (pid 1) got signal 1
- (eventually scsibus parity error)
- it then hangs for about 30 seconds.
- i get a timeout error 
- everything gets back to normal... or i get a db> prompt.
