MS-DOS formatting ZIP Disks

  Does anyone here know of any freeware package that will allow me to format
iomega ZIP disks for MS-DOS use on an Amiga.  Another Amiga ZIP user told me
that the CrossDos included with the OS only handled floppies.  He was right. 
As the same is true for newfs_msdos, I was wondering if there was some other
program (either Amiga-OS or NetBSD) that had an fdisk like function.  Although
I've searched the net for some time in hopes of answering my question, I hope
that I simply overlooked the solution.
