NetBSD 1.3 ALPHA snapshot ?

Well, I have very serious problems to upgrade with 1.2.1 Amiga to 1.3_ALPHA.
I have a 1.3 kernel, but that's all.
So, I will be happy if someone could create a snapshot and put it to
ftp.netbsd.org.

PS: If someone want to know what problems I have to upgrade, I could post
