  No, fd0b is used for an MSDOS track format.  The NetBSD floppy driver
will (or is supposed to) automatically detect the density based on what
type of floppy is present.  An empty drive will be reported as low
density.  The drive won't indicate that it is HD unless an HD floppy
is present.
