Re: PR 22160

I came across PR 22160 today because it had been in feedback since
2008. Apparently on 1.6.1 in 2003, a SCSI TK50 tape drive wasn't
working.

In the interests of not leaving it just hanging around forever:

(1) Does anyone have one of these so they can test the current
situation?

(2) Does anyone have any of these at all? That is, if it is still
broken (there's no particular reason I know of to think it's been
fixed), is it something someone might pick up on ebay and want to have
work, or are they rare and/or all likely to have failed and been
junked?

We have increasingly many PRs of this type hanging around and it's not
clear at what point they should transition from "leave it open so
anyone who picks up the HW and tries to use it has a chance of finding
it" to "close it because it will never be resolved".

(please leave me on Cc: on responses I ought to see, as I'm not
subscribed and will forget to go look later)

We have several drives in this category at LSSM, and I have a bunch personally. We can probably help with this.

Is there any info about what specific drive model someone had a problem with? TK50-Z, TZ30,
