Unfortunately,  I think you are  nearly 10 years too late.

The closest thing would have been the Alpha DS10L, which is 1U x 17.5
x 20.5,  two disk drives and  2 DIMM slots.  Next larger was the Alpha
DS10, which is 3U x 17.6 x 19.1, three disk drives and 4 DIMM slots.
