wip/nagios errors

hi,

in the sourceforge archives I didn't get any result's for 'nagios', so
I just hope this hasn't come up yet.

during 'make package' I got various errors from the install script,
also I'm about unhappy about all the users it tries to create.
I don't really see a reason for more than a low-privileged user 'nagios' :)

I'd be glad if someone told me how to find the maintainer for this package,
so I can give him more input for debugging. (If needed)
