Packaging software from SVN repository

Hi,

I'm currently working to package qlandkartegt, replacing wip/QLandkarte.
The drivers for the GPS are part of a separate project, and the code is 
only available as source code under the control of SubVersion.
Can someone tell me which package I can refer to as an example (for 
Makefile and PLIST management) ? I looked at wip/emacs-current, but it 
looks like it is a CVS repository..
