new packages: MyDNS (one MySQL and one PostgreSQL based)

Hello, 

I imported two new packages into pkgsrc-wip: mydns-mysql and mydns-pgsql.
They're the same program, but, obviously, one uses MySQL and the other
Postgres.  From the DESCR:
