broken dependencies in pkgsrc-wip

I have started a new bulk build, and noticed that six packages
errors out during the preprocessing step due to them trying
to include files that do not exist etc. (which makes them not
being included in the bulk logs).

The packages are:

wip/argouml:
  Depends on wip/xerces-j >= 1.4.4.  There is no xerces-j in wip,
  and textproc/xerces-j has version 1.2.0.

wip/bioruby:
  Includes files from lang/ruby-base which was removed when a new
  framework for ruby packages were introduced 6 months ago.

wip/freevo:
  Need to be updated after infrastructure changes in the substitution
  functionality.

wip/gwc:
  Depends on x11/gnome-core which was removed from pkgsrc 3 weeks
  ago.

wip/multisync-ldap:
  Depends on security/cyrus-sasl which was removed from pkgsrc
  2 months ago.

wip/qgis:
  Tries to include wip/grass/buildlink3.mk.  But there is no
  buildlink3.mk file in wip/grass.

Please fix "your" packages.
