FYI: cvs-mail changed

Hi!

FYI: the script that creates the commit message mails to pkgsrc-wip-cvs
has been updated with a version provided by Christoph Egger, and
we now will only get one mail per-commit -- some of you will be
very happy to hear that, I think :)

One problem: the new version has a bug with imports.  If you are
a perl hacker, take a look at CVSROOT/cvs-mail and send me a patch
if you can fix it.
