Thank you for working on this package. Do you have any comments from the
TODO? (I may commit soon to regular pkgsrc.)

Also, your rc.d script improvement may need to be improved to only do that
on a "start". And maybe should offer a stop option.

Nevertheless, I think it gets to be messy having many packages that that
rcd scripts start providing their start/stop in addition to our normal
rc.subr way.

Also, it was discussed before to have a variable point to /etc/rc.subr but
I don't think it was implemented yet. (Something like
RCD_RC_SUBR=${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/rc.subr.) But that would be good.
