In this revision:

        --Provide mutually exclusive options for xcb/pthreads
        --Provide pthread option and use PTHREAD_AUTO_VARS
          (removed configure/configure.ac patches for pthreads also)
        --Provide option for loadable i18n modules
        --Provide option for secure-rpc (heretofore untested)
        --Now buildlink to exclusively pkgsrc/x11 dependencies, for the
          relevant libraries there are now current. (thanks, joerg)
